Best Digital PR Agency in Bangalore – MarketingAdvisor.in

Let’s get the obvious bit out of the way. We’re a digital PR agency in Bangalore, so naturally we’d like you to pick us. But “best” doesn’t mean much if an agency doesn’t suit your budget, your story or the publications your customers actually read.

It’s a crowded field for a reason. India’s PR industry grew 11% in FY26 to ₹3,230 crore and is expected to reach ₹4,500 crore by 2030, according to the PRCAI SPRINT 2026 study. At the same time, 83% of Indian shoppers say they research extensively online before they buy (InMobi and Glance, 2025). People are looking you up. The question is what they find.

So this post does two things. It tells you what we think a good digital PR agency should give you. Then it shows you exactly what we offer, prices included, so you can decide for yourself.

First, what are you actually paying for?

In India, digital PR usually means getting your press release distributed through news agencies and online publications. You have a story: a launch, a funding round, a partnership, a milestone. It goes out through a wire service like ANI or PTI, and news websites that take that wire republish it. One release can appear on a couple of hundred sites within two days.

Why bother? Because customers and investors Google you before they trust you, and “as featured in Business Standard” reads very differently from an empty search page. Those articles also count as brand mentions, and sometimes backlinks, which help your SEO.

There’s a newer reason too. AI tools like ChatGPT and Google’s AI Overviews describe brands using what news sites have written about them. Google says its AI Overviews alone now reach more than 2 billion people a month. If nobody has written about you, the AI simply has nothing to say.

What separates a good agency from an expensive one

They name the outlets before you pay. If an agency can’t tell you which publications usually carry their releases, you’re buying a mystery box. Ask for the list.

They don’t promise guaranteed coverage. This is the big one. Independent news sites decide what they publish. An honest agency will say “these outlets frequently pick up our releases”. Anyone guaranteeing placement on a news site is either selling a paid advertorial (fine, if they say so) or overpromising.

The price is on the table. You shouldn’t need three calls and a “custom proposal” just to find out whether you can afford PR.

They’re quick. Funding news is stale in a week. Two days from approval to distribution is a fair standard.

Someone thinks about what happens next. Coverage works hardest when it feeds your website, ads, sales deck and social proof. PR-only shops often hand over a list of links and move on.

Where MarketingAdvisor.in fits

We’re a digital marketing agency in JP Nagar, and PR sits alongside the SEO, content, paid ads and automation work we do every day. That changes the first question we ask. Before “which package?”, we ask “what do you want this coverage to do for you?” Sometimes the answer is investor credibility. Sometimes it’s authority for a brand-new website. The package follows from that.

Our founder has more than ten years in digital marketing, an MBA from IIT Roorkee, and has worked with brands such as BYJU’S, Capillary, Ozonetel, Indian Terrain, Matalan and Medlife. We also use AI tools for drafting, planning and reporting. Honestly, that’s the main reason our packages cost what they do and not more.

A quick note on the fine print. Pickups are frequent, not guaranteed. Each package includes 0 to 2 backlinks. Some outlets carry distributed releases with a disclaimer, which is normal for wire distribution.

Who usually comes to us

Mostly early-stage startups with a launch or funding round, and D2C brands that want some credibility before they spend on ads. We also work with schools and coaching institutes, clinics, real estate projects and B2B software companies.

Not sure your news is newsworthy enough? Ask us. If we don’t think it is, we’ll say so.

What working with us looks like

You tell us the news and what you want it to achieve, and we suggest a package. The press release is finalised and you approve it. It goes out within 48 hours to two days, and you get the live links where it appeared.

That’s it. No retainer, no lock-in.

Questions people ask us

So who is the best digital PR agency in Bangalore? The one that fits your goal and budget, names its outlets, shows its prices and is straight with you about pickups. We’d like to think that’s us, but use the checklist above on anyone you speak to.

Will my story definitely get published? No agency can promise that on independent news sites. Our packages list outlets that pick up our releases frequently, but editors have the final say.

How fast is it? Usually 48 hours to two days after you approve the release.

Does it help SEO? Yes. You get 0 to 2 backlinks per package, and the wider brand mentions help Google and AI tools understand who you are.

How much does it cost? Between ₹11,000 and ₹60,000 + GST per release with us. We’ve broken costs down properly in our digital PR cost guide.
